"This place is incredible!! I had a shutter break for the first time in 9 years and I considered sending it in to Canon for repairs. I'm so glad I called shocked electronics first - they gave an accurate quote over the phone (way less than Canon) and were so incredibly friendly!! I was baffled at how quick they fixed it (I picked it up less than 24 hrs later - Canon quoted me 1-2 weeks by mail). Everyone there was kind and professional - HIGHLY recommend!"
"I rolled the dice and drove 6 hours from Pittsburgh to have these guys replace the shutter in my Sony A7IV which stopped working days before a gig. I needed it in a pinch and could not wait on shipping times. Shocked not only honored their word and got the job done fast in a few hours, but they were professional, kind, and clearly experts at what they do. They even recommended going down to Industry City for a bite to eat while I waited where I was able to find parking and grab an awesome burger! Glad I made the drive and I will definitely be using their services again in the future! 10/10 would recommend!"
"I was told by canon that there weren't able to fix my R5 i was looking and round and fond Shocked Electronics, i gave them a call and Anthony gave me hope. No only are they friendly there are fast and reliable and the last thing he assured me he will try that all i needed. Highly recommend this place from the front desk all the way to the techs fixing the camera HIGHLY RECOMMEND"
